    I loved the central location, super close to the Metro. The 24-hour reception was a lifesaver. Staff changed my stay dates without extra charges after I was caught in a storm. The vibe was chill and cozy! 😄

    What a shameful experience! My room was so small I thought I was in a closet, and the cleanliness was questionable at best. I expected a complimentary upgrade for all these inconveniences, but I guess that was too much to ask. Almost considered giving a good review, but just couldn’t. Unbelievable.

    The Queen Room was pretty snug, but it was clean and cozy. Had a hot shower that felt amazing after a long day out. Daily cleaning kept things fresh. The only downside was the small bathroom – a bit tight for comfort, but it worked. Overall, not too bad for the price!

    The location is excellent , just a half block from the subway. The attentive staff allowed us to drop off our luggage before check-in.
